• No Returns/Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Your support helps us continue our operations and initiatives.
• No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for any items purchased. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of an error or exceptional circumstance, please contact our team at 330-572-2885 or info@housethreethirty.com. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and work with you to address any concerns.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
